Restaurants of Las Vegas; AquaKnox at "The Venetian"

front of Aquaknox
expensive, but worth it
Two years ago My husband (fiance at the time) had gone to AquaKnox at the Venetian for our fourth year anniversary. We had never seen it before till that day and from the outside it is beautiful, not too elegant looking, but just enough that you would still dress up for the evening.
The minute we walked up to the desk they greeted us in a friendly manner and a friendly smile. They took us to our seats where the chairs they had were small hand chairs that were comfortable and elegant small tables.
The waiter we had was amazing, letting us know of the chef's special that wasn't on the menu as well as the ginger ale we had. The first course was amazing with my husband having the lobster bisque with a little bit of caviar and I had the Asian salad with shrimp and crab bits in it.
Then the main course of their version of the "Surf and Turf" a half lobster shell stuffed with crab meat, lobster claw, steamed veggitables on the side and mashed potatoes.
Towards the end they had brought us dessert that just melted in our mouths; A chocolate fudge brownie with raspberries and blueberries on the side with a chocolate syrup swirled on the plate and a chocolate piece on top with "Happy Anniversary" written on it.
Everything was just amazing. Though it came up to be pretty expensive, we both agreed it was worth it. If your ever in the Las Vegas area you should check this place out.
